Let’s look at what your
dealership needs.
Tell us what is happening across your marketing, lead flow and vendors. We’ll review the rooftops, systems and priorities before we talk scope. The first conversation is about fit, the real problems and what should happen next.
Ideal fit: multi-rooftop dealer groups · Harley-Davidson dealerships · multi-line powersports stores rebuilding CRM and source tracking
Single rooftops: a strong fit when the scope and account access are there to act on the plan
Questions dealers actually ask
Straight answers.
We run the marketing operation: the advertising that creates demand, the website that has to convert it, the CRM and follow-up behind that, and the co-op claims that help fund the whole thing. Your dealership keeps its current platforms unless the audit shows a change is necessary. Email/SMS, organic social and recurring SEO content are separately scoped when needed.
No. We work with Harley-Davidson dealerships and multi-line powersports stores covering motorcycles, off-road, side-by-sides, PWC and trailers. The seasonality, inventory cycles and co-op rules differ; the operating discipline is the same. We stay focused on powersports.
Most vendors own one channel or platform. We run the whole cycle: ads, website, CRM, co-op, and the open items sitting with your other vendors. The audit shows where your current setup already works and where nobody owns the outcome.
Google and Meta already use automation for bidding, targeting and delivery. We monitor the inputs, outputs and account signals, then require human review before material budget, campaign or measurement changes. Automation proposes; leadership decides.
We audit what your OEM makes available, build campaigns to program spec so claims don’t bounce, handle pre-approvals and submissions, and track every claim to a decision. Your OEM controls approval and payout. If the program is maxed out or a claim isn’t eligible, we tell you.
Usually not. Most platforms are fine; they’re sitting on factory settings because nobody has been assigned to touch them since install. We work directly with your CMS, CRM and DMS vendors, push the updates and become the support contact so your staff stops chasing ticket numbers. When a CMS rebuild or migration is necessary, we guide the structure, content and conversion requirements, QA the vendor’s work and help perfect the launch. Outside software, development and production costs remain separate.
The first few weeks set the baseline, fix tracking and map lead sources. Timing after that depends on inventory, season, account access and data quality. A quarter is a fair review window, not a promised result. Anyone selling week-one miracles in this business is reading you a script.
Rooftop count, OEM and co-op complexity, account access, vendor handoffs and tracking condition determine the workload. The first ninety days establish the baseline and repair the highest-impact gaps, so timing is confirmed after the introductory meeting rather than promised before the systems are reviewed.
Account access, vendor contacts, current co-op documents, and a decision-maker who can clear blockers. Sold-unit reporting also needs your dealership’s sales data.
